Scans of a veil with embroiled rhombus shapes, representing my own experience of removing a benign tumour from my ovary. During this time I researched a lot of slavic mythology, and this piece was heavily inspired by the goddess Marzanna (Mora). She represented the coming go winter and cycle of life and death. She would fiddle with womens spinning during the night. Known to turn into a white butterfly of tufts of hair.
